Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove the dehumidifier and all packaging materials from the box.
- Placement: Place the unit on a firm, level surface in the desired location. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for proper airflow (at least 4 inches from walls or other objects).
- Power Connection: Insert the power adapter into the DC input port on the back of the dehumidifier. Plug the 2-flat pin plug into a standard 110V power outlet.
- Initial Check: Ensure the water tank is properly seated in the unit.
Operating Instructions
- Power On: Press the power button located on the top of the unit. The green 'ON' LED indicator will illuminate, signifying that the dehumidifier is operating.
- Continuous Operation: The unit will operate continuously to remove moisture from the air.
- Automatic Shut-Off: When the water tank reaches its maximum capacity of 16 ounces (500 ml), the unit will automatically shut off, and the amber 'FULL' LED indicator will light up. This prevents water overflow.
- Emptying the Water Tank: When the 'FULL' light is on, carefully slide out the water tank from the front of the unit. Remove the rubber stopper from the tank's drain hole and empty the collected water.
- Replace Tank: After emptying, securely replace the rubber stopper and slide the water tank back into the dehumidifier until it clicks into place. The unit will resume operation automatically if the power button is still in the 'ON' position.
- Power Off: To turn off the dehumidifier, press the power button again. The green 'ON' LED indicator will turn off.
