  3. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded 120V electrical outlet.
  4. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wipe down the exterior and the inside of the vacuum chamber with a damp cloth. Ensure all surfaces are dry before operation.

Operating Instructions

General Vacuum Sealing

  1. Prepare the Bag: Place the food item inside a vacuum sealer bag. Ensure the open end of the bag is clean and dry. Leave at least 2-3 inches of space between the food and the top edge of the bag.
  2. Position the Bag: Lay the open end of the bag flat across the sealing bar inside the vacuum chamber. Ensure the bag is smooth and free of wrinkles over the sealing area.
  3. Close the Lid: Firmly close the lid of the vacuum sealer. The unit will automatically begin the vacuum process.
  4. Monitor Process: The transparent lid allows you to monitor the vacuum process. The vacuum gauge on the control panel will indicate the vacuum level.
  5. Sealing: Once the desired vacuum level is reached (or the preset vacuum time expires), the unit will automatically initiate the sealing process. The 11-inch seal bar will create a double seal.
  6. Release and Remove: After the sealing cycle is complete, the lid will release. Open the lid and remove the sealed bag.

  1. Prepare Food and Marinade: Place food and marinade into a vacuum sealer bag. Ensure the bag is suitable for liquids and leave sufficient space at the top.
  2. Position and Close: Place the open end of the bag across the sealing bar and close the lid.
  3. Select Marinate: Press the "Marinate" button on the control panel. The unit will begin a series of vacuum and release cycles to accelerate the marinating process.
  4. Completion: Once the marinating cycle is complete, the unit will automatically seal the bag. Open the lid and remove the marinated food.
