Introduction

The LUCKY Portable Fish Finder is designed for both amateur and professional anglers. This device detects and displays underwater contour, water depth, water temperature, and fish size. It features two user modes: WIRELESS and SIMULATION, allowing users to practice functions before actual fishing. The wireless sonar transducer includes a fish attractive lamp and a transparent replacement cover for visibility in low light conditions.

The system supports a 196-foot (60m) wireless operating range and 147-foot (45m) depth detection. It is suitable for various fishing environments including ice fishing, river fishing, sea fishing, shore fishing, and kayak fishing.

Setup

Charging the Devices

Both the portable fish finder display unit and the wireless sonar transducer are rechargeable. Use the provided USB cable and AC adapter for charging.

  1. Connect the USB cable to the charging port on the fish finder display unit.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to the USB AC adapter or a compatible USB power source.
  3. For the sonar transducer, unscrew the transparent cap to reveal the charging port. Connect the USB cable.
  4. Ensure the devices are fully charged before first use. The display unit can last approximately 4 hours on a full charge, and the sonar sensor can last approximately 10 hours.

Preparing the Sonar Transducer

  1. Open the transparent cap of the sonar transducer.
  2. Press the power button inside to activate the fish attractive lamp and sonar.
  3. Securely close the transparent cap to prevent water ingress.
  4. Attach a swivel snap to the designated hole on the sonar transducer.

Activating the Display Unit

  1. Press and hold the power button on the display unit to turn it on.
  2. Extend the antenna located on the top left of the display unit for optimal wireless range.

Operating Instructions

Casting the Sonar Transducer

Once the sonar transducer is prepared, it can be cast into the water. Ensure it is securely tied to your fishing line or attached to your boat hull using the mounting tabs.
