5. Operation
5.1 Powering On/Off
To turn the radiator on, plug it into a suitable power outlet. The power indicator light will illuminate when the heater is active. To turn off, set the power level switch to 'OFF' and unplug the unit from the wall outlet.
5.2 Adjusting Power Levels
The radiator offers three power settings to suit your heating needs:
- LOW (1000W): For gentle, continuous heating or smaller spaces.
- MID (1500W): For moderate heating.
- HIGH (2500W): For rapid heating of larger rooms.

6. Safety Features
Your Aigostar Black Forest 33JIF radiator is equipped with multiple safety features to ensure safe operation:
- Overheat Protection: The heater will automatically shut off if it detects an internal temperature that is too high, preventing damage to the unit and potential fire hazards.
- Tip-Over Switch: An internal safety switch will automatically turn off the heater if it is accidentally knocked over, reducing the risk of fire.

7. Maintenance
7.1 Cleaning
Always unplug the radiator and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Ensure no water enters the control panel or other electrical components.
- Do not immerse the radiator in water.
7.2 Storage
When not in use, store the radiator in a cool, dry place. Utilize the integrated cable storage to keep the power cord tidy and prevent damage.
8. Troubleshooting
- Heater does not turn on:
- Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet.
- Check if the power level switch is set to a power setting (LOW, MID, HIGH) and not 'OFF'.
- Verify that the thermostat dial is set to a temperature higher than the current room temperature.
- Check your household's circuit breaker or fuse box.
- Heater produces a burning smell during initial use:
- It is normal for new heaters to emit a slight odor or smoke during their first few hours of operation as manufacturing residues burn off. This should dissipate quickly. Ensure adequate ventilation during this period.
- Heater turns off unexpectedly:
- The overheat protection or tip-over switch may have activated. Ensure the heater is upright and not obstructed. Unplug the unit, allow it to cool for 10-15 minutes, then plug it back in and restart.
