Battery Replacement
The watch uses one SR920SW Lithium Ion battery. When the battery needs replacement, it is recommended to have it replaced by a qualified watch technician to maintain the watch's water resistance and proper function.
Care and Cleaning
- Clean your watch regularly with a soft, damp cloth.
- Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
- Keep the watch away from strong magnetic fields, as this can affect the accuracy of the quartz movement.
- The mineral crystal is scratch-resistant but not scratch-proof; avoid abrasive surfaces.
Troubleshooting
If you experience any issues with your watch, consider the following common solutions:
- Watch not running: Check if the crown is fully pushed in and screwed down. If the watch still does not run, the battery may need replacement.
- Incorrect time/date: Refer to the 'Setting Time and Date' section to reset.
- Water ingress: If moisture appears inside the watch, immediately take it to an authorized service center. Do not attempt to open the watch yourself.
