3. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to prepare your vacuum cleaner for use:

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Attaching the Hose: Insert the hose into the suction port on the front of the vacuum cleaner until it clicks into place. For the blowing function, attach the hose to the blowing port.

4. Operation

4.1 Dry Vacuuming

To perform dry vacuuming:

  1. Ensure the paper filter bag is installed and the cartridge filter is clean and in place.
  2. Connect the vacuum cleaner to a suitable power outlet.
  3. Switch the appliance on using the power button.
  4. Guide the nozzle over the dry debris to be collected.

4.2 Wet Vacuuming

To collect liquids:

  1. Remove the paper filter bag. The cartridge filter must remain installed.
  2. Connect the vacuum cleaner to a suitable power outlet.
  3. Switch the appliance on.
  4. Guide the nozzle over the liquid spill. The vacuum will automatically shut off when the maximum liquid level is reached.
  5. After wet vacuuming, empty the container using the drain valve.

4.3 Blowing Function

The vacuum cleaner can also be used as a blower:

  1. Detach the hose from the suction port and attach it to the blowing port located on the rear of the motor head.
  2. Switch the appliance on.

4.4 Power Tool Synchronization

The AdvancedVac 20 features an automatic on/off function when connected to a power tool:

  1. Connect your power tool to the integrated power outlet on the vacuum cleaner.
  2. Attach the vacuum hose to the dust extraction port of your power tool using the universal adapter if necessary.
