Operating Instructions

Gas Hob Operation

The hob features 7 cooking zones, including 6 gas burners and 1 electric Teppan-Yaki plate. The gas burners are made of brass and include a double wok burner, rapid, semi-rapid, and auxiliary burners. Ignition is electric, controlled by metal knobs.

  • Ignition: Push and turn the control knob for the desired burner to the maximum setting. The electric ignition system will spark. Hold the knob for a few seconds until the flame is stable.
  • Flame Adjustment: Adjust the flame size using the control knob. A stable blue flame indicates proper operation.
  • Teppan-Yaki Plate: The electric Teppan-Yaki plate has a power of 1100 W. Use its dedicated control for heating. A collection tray is provided for convenience.
  • Burner Power: Double Wok: 0.48 kW – 5 kW; Rapid: 1.05 kW – 3 kW; Semi-rapid: 0.60 kW – 1.75 kW; Auxiliary: 0.48 kW – 1 kW.
