Operating Instructions
The Lifelong LLM81 offers both automatic and manual massage modes, along with a heat function.
1. Getting Started
- Sit comfortably in a chair.
- Place your feet into the footrests of the massager. Ensure your feet are positioned correctly for optimal contact with the kneading pads and rollers.
- Press the Power Button (
) on the control panel to turn on the device. The default setting is usually an automatic mode.

2. Automatic Modes
The massager features 4 automatic programs (P1, P2, P3, P4) that combine different massage techniques and intensities.
- Press the Auto Button on the control panel to cycle through the available automatic modes.
- Each press will switch to a different preset program, indicated by the corresponding LED light.
- The device has an auto 15-minute shutoff feature for safety and convenience.

3. Manual Mode
For a customized massage experience, use the manual mode:
- Press the Manual Button to activate manual control.
- Use the Speed buttons () to adjust the intensity of the massage. There are 2 speed levels.
- Use the Direction buttons () to change the rotation direction of the kneading pads.
- You can also adjust the focus of the massage to specific areas like the toe, arch, or sole using the dedicated buttons.
4. Heat Function
The massager includes a heat function to enhance relaxation and improve blood circulation.
- Press the Heat Button to activate the warming function.
- The maximum temperature provided is up to 45 degrees Celsius, which is considered optimal for foot massage.
- Press the button again to turn off the heat.

Versatile Use
Beyond foot massage, the Lifelong LLM81 can also be used for other body parts:
- Calf Massage: Position your calves into the massager openings for a soothing calf massage.
- Arm/Forearm Massage: Carefully place your arms or forearms into the openings to relieve tension in these areas.

Maintenance
- Always unplug the massager before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior of the device with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- The fabric foot covers are washable. Remove them carefully, hand wash with mild detergent, and air dry completely before reattaching.
