With its 1.2L inner pot and 0.92L steamer capacity, it allows for boiling water, preparing tea, coffee, noodles, and steaming vegetables quickly. Important Safety Instructions

To ensure safe operation and prevent damage, please read and follow these instructions carefully:

• Read all instructions before using the appliance.
• Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
• To protect against fire, electric shock, and injury, do not immerse the cord, plugs, or the power base in water or other liquid.
• Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
• Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
• Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
• The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock, or injury.
• Do not use outdoors.
• Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
• Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
• Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.
• Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
• Ensure the lid is securely closed during operation, especially when boiling.
• Do not overfill the kettle beyond the maximum fill line to prevent boiling water from overflowing.
• The appliance is equipped with dry heat protection to prevent damage when operating without water.

Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the inner pot, steaming pot, grill rack, egg boiling rack, and plastic bowl with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the exterior of the main kettle unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main kettle unit or power base in water.
3. Placement: Place the power base on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from the edge of the counter. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit.
4. Connect Power: Place the main kettle unit onto the power base. Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

General Operation:

1. Fill the inner pot with the desired amount of water or ingredients. Do not exceed the maximum fill line.
2. Place the main kettle unit securely onto the 360° swivel detachable power base.
3. Place the transparent glass lid on top of the kettle.
4. Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.
5. Turn the variable temperature control knob to the desired setting:
   • "I" Setting: For lower heat, simmering, or keeping food warm.
   • "II" Setting: For rapid boiling or higher heat cooking.
6. The indicator light will illuminate, indicating the kettle is heating.
7. Once the desired temperature is reached or water boils, the kettle will automatically shut off (on "II" setting for boiling water).
8. To turn off manually, turn the knob to "OFF".

Specific Cooking Functions:

• Boiling Water: Fill the inner pot with water, place the lid, and turn the knob to "II". The kettle will boil rapidly and shut off automatically once boiling.
• Preparing Tea/Coffee: Boil water as above. Once boiled, add tea bags, coffee, or instant mixes directly to the hot water in the pot. Stir and serve.
• Cooking Noodles: Add water to the inner pot and bring to a boil on "II" setting. Once boiling, add noodles and any desired ingredients. Reduce heat to "I" if simmering is required until cooked.
• Steaming Vegetables/Eggs:
  1. Pour water into the main kettle unit (ensure water level is below the steaming pot).
  2. Place the stainless steel grill rack or egg boiling rack inside the stainless steel steaming pot.
  3. Arrange vegetables or eggs on the rack.
  4. Place the steaming pot onto the main kettle unit.
  5. Cover with the transparent glass lid.
  6. Turn the knob to "II" to generate steam. Steam until food is cooked to your preference.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning will prolong the life of your appliance and ensure optimal performance.

1. Always unplug the kettle from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
2. Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the main kettle unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they may scratch the surface.
3. Interior Cleaning (Pot and Accessories): The inner pot, stainless steel steaming pot, grill rack, egg boiling rack, and plastic bowl can be washed with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storing or next use.
4. Power Base: Never immerse the power base in water or any other liquid. Wipe with a dry cloth if necessary.
5. Descaling: Over time, mineral deposits (limescale) may build up inside the inner pot, especially in areas with hard water. To descale:
   • Fill the kettle with a mixture of 1 part white vinegar and 2 parts water.
   • Bring the mixture to a boil (using setting "II") and let it stand for at least 30 minutes, or longer for heavy buildup.
   • Empty the kettle and rinse thoroughly several times with fresh water.
   • For stubborn stains, a non-abrasive scrubber can be used gently.
6. Storage: Ensure all parts are clean and dry before storing. Store the appliance in a cool, dry place.
