4. Setup

4.1 First Use & Charging

  • Before first use, clean all parts that will come into contact with food as described in the "Maintenance & Cleaning" section.
  • Charge the motor unit fully using the provided power adapter. Connect the adapter to the motor unit and plug it into a suitable power outlet. The charging indicator (if present) will show the charging status.

4.2 Preparing the Bowl

  • The stainless steel bowl must be thoroughly frozen before use. Place the empty bowl in your freezer for a minimum of 12-24 hours, or until it is completely frozen. The colder the bowl, the better the ice cream consistency.
  • Ensure your freezer temperature is set to -18°C (0°F) or lower for optimal freezing.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Preparing the Ice Cream Mixture

  • Prepare your desired ice cream or sorbet mixture. Ensure the mixture is chilled in the refrigerator before adding it to the ice cream maker.
  • Do not fill the bowl more than two-thirds full, as the mixture will expand during freezing. The maximum capacity is 1 liter.

5.2 Assembling and Starting the Ice Cream Maker

  1. Remove the frozen stainless steel bowl from the freezer.
  2. Place the mixing paddle inside the bowl.
  3. Pour the chilled ice cream mixture into the bowl.
  4. Attach the lid to the bowl, ensuring it is securely in place.
  5. Attach the motor unit to the lid. Ensure the paddle engages correctly with the motor unit.
  6. Place the assembled ice cream maker back into the freezer.
  7. Press the power button on the motor unit to start the churning process. The paddle will begin to rotate, mixing the ingredients.

5.3 Churning Process

  • The churning process typically takes between 4 to 8 hours, depending on the recipe and your freezer's temperature.
  • Monitor the consistency of the ice cream. It should thicken to your desired texture.
  • Once the ice cream reaches the desired consistency, turn off the motor unit and remove the ice cream maker from the freezer.
  • Carefully remove the motor unit and lid, then extract the paddle.
  • Serve the ice cream immediately or transfer it to an airtight container for storage in the freezer.

  • The stainless steel bowl, lid, and mixing paddle are completely removable and washable. Wash these parts in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storing.
  • Do not wash the motor unit or power adapter in water. Wipe them with a damp cloth and then dry with a soft, dry cloth.
