Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the ice maker to ensure safe and optimal performance.

Upon unpacking, ensure all items are present and in good condition:

5. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the ice maker from its packaging. Remove all packing materials, including any tape or labels.
  2. Placement: Place the ice maker on a flat, stable, and level surface. Ensure there is at least 4 inches (10 cm) of space around the unit for proper ventilation. Avoid placing it near heat sources or in direct sunlight.
  3. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean the interior of the ice maker. Remove the ice basket and wash it with warm water and a mild detergent. Wipe the interior with a soft cloth.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
  5. Add Water: Open the lid and remove the ice basket. Fill the water reservoir with potable water up to the MAX fill line. Do not overfill.

6. Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Press the 'ON/OFF' button on the control panel to turn on the ice maker. The 'POWER' indicator light will illuminate.
  2. Select Ice Size: Press the 'SELECT SIZE' button to choose between small (S) or large (L) ice cubes. The corresponding indicator light will illuminate.
  3. Ice Production: The ice maker will begin its cycle. Ice cubes will be produced and dropped into the ice basket. The first batch may take slightly longer.
  4. Monitor Indicators:
    • The 'WATER' indicator will light up when the water reservoir needs refilling. Add more water and press 'ON/OFF' to resume operation.
    • The 'FULL' indicator will light up when the ice basket is full. Remove ice to continue production.
  5. Collecting Ice: Use the provided ice scoop to remove ice from the basket.
  6. Power Off: Press the 'ON/OFF' button to turn off the ice maker when not in use.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Self-Cleaning Function

The ice maker features a self-cleaning mode:

  1. Ensure the water reservoir is filled with clean water.
  2. Press and hold the 'ON/OFF' button for 5 seconds to activate the self-cleaning cycle. The 'CLEAN' indicator will illuminate.
  3. The cycle will run for approximately 20 minutes, circulating water to clean the internal components.
  4. Once the cycle is complete, drain the water from the unit as described in the 'Draining Water' section below.
