Product Overview
Subwoofer and Control Panel
The subwoofer houses the main amplifier and control panel. The control panel is located on the side/rear of the subwoofer for easy access to various functions.

- Bass Control Knob: Adjusts the level of bass output.
- Power Switch: Turns the speaker system on or off.
- USB Port: For playing audio from USB flash drives.
- SD Card Slot: For playing audio from SD memory cards.
- AUX Input: Connects to external audio sources via a 3.5mm audio cable.
- Speaker Out: Connects the satellite speakers to the subwoofer.
- Control Buttons: Six buttons for audio source selection, previous/next track, play/pause, and volume up/down.
Satellite Speakers
The two satellite speakers provide stereo sound and feature 3-inch mid-range drivers.

Remote Control
The included IR remote control allows for convenient operation from a distance, including source selection, track control, and volume adjustment.
Setup
- Placement: Place the subwoofer on a stable surface, ideally on the floor, near your audio source. Position the satellite speakers on either side of your listening area, facing towards you for optimal stereo imaging.
- Connect Satellite Speakers: Connect the cables from the satellite speakers to the "Speaker Out" jacks on the rear of the subwoofer. Ensure the left and right speakers are connected to their respective outputs.
- Connect Audio Source:
- AUX Connection: Use the provided 3.5mm audio cable to connect your audio source (e.g., computer, TV, smartphone) to the "AUX" input on the subwoofer.
- Bluetooth Connection: For wireless connection, proceed to the "Operating Instructions" section for Bluetooth pairing.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord of the subwoofer into a wall outlet.
- Power On: Flip the power switch on the rear of the subwoofer to the "ON" position.
Operating Instructions
Selecting Input Source
Press the "Source" button on the control panel or the remote control to cycle through available input modes: Bluetooth, AUX, USB, and SD card.
Bluetooth Pairing
- Switch the speaker system to Bluetooth mode using the "Source" button. The indicator light will flash, indicating it's in pairing mode.
- On your device (e.g., smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for new devices.
- Select "EDIFIER XM6BT" from the list of available devices.
- Once paired, the indicator light will become solid, and you can now play audio wirelessly through the speakers.
USB/SD Card Playback
Insert a USB flash drive or SD card containing audio files into the respective port on the subwoofer's control panel. The system will automatically switch to USB or SD mode and begin playback. Use the "Previous/Next Track" and "Play/Pause" buttons on the control panel or remote to manage playback.
Volume and Bass Adjustment
- Volume: Use the "Volume Up/Down" buttons on the control panel or remote control.
- Bass: Rotate the "Bass" knob on the subwoofer's control panel to increase or decrease the bass level.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the surfaces of the speakers. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosol sprays.
- Storage: If storing the speakers for an extended period, unplug them from the power outlet and store them in a cool, dry place.
- Remote Control Battery: The remote control requires 1 Lithium Ion battery. Replace the battery when the remote's range decreases or it stops responding.
