Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the silicone keyboard and control panel with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Storage: When not in use, roll up the piano and store it in its original box or a protective bag to prevent damage.
  • Battery Replacement: If using batteries, replace all four AAA batteries simultaneously when power diminishes. Do not mix old and new batteries.

Troubleshooting

  • No Sound:
    • Ensure the piano is turned on and the volume is adjusted.
    • Check power source: If using USB, ensure it's connected to a powered port. If using batteries, ensure they are correctly inserted and not depleted.
    • If headphones are plugged in, sound will only come through them. Disconnect headphones to use the built-in speaker.
  • Compound Sounds / Keys Not Responding Correctly:
    • Due to the soft silicone material, sometimes pressing adjacent keys or vibrations can cause unintended sounds or keys to not register precisely. This is a characteristic of flexible silicone keyboards and does not indicate a defect.
    • Ensure the piano is laid flat on a stable surface.
  • Recording Not Working:
    • Ensure you press the "Record" button before playing and "Stop" after playing, then "Play" to listen.
