Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the appliance from its packaging. Retain the packaging for future storage or transport.
- Filter Installation:
The Dyson Pure Cool TP01 comes with a 360 Glass HEPA filter. To install or replace the filter:
- Press the two filter release buttons on the side of the appliance.
- Lift the outer shroud away from the main body.
- Remove the old filter (if applicable) and dispose of it according to local regulations.
- Place the new filter onto the main body, ensuring it clicks securely into place.
- Re-attach the outer shroud, pressing firmly until it clicks into position.
- Placement: Place the appliance on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for proper airflow. Avoid placing it directly against walls or in corners.
- Power Connection: Insert the power plug into a suitable wall outlet.
Operating Instructions
The Dyson Pure Cool TP01 is operated using the supplied remote control.
- Power On/Off: Press the red power button on the remote control to turn the appliance on or off.
- Airflow Speed Control: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the airflow speed from 1 (lowest) to 10 (highest).
- Oscillation Control: Press the oscillation button to activate or deactivate the smooth oscillation feature, which distributes purified air across the room.
- Sleep Timer: Press the timer button to set the appliance to turn off automatically after a preset time (e.g., 1, 2, 4, or 8 hours).
- Night-time Mode: Press the moon button to activate night-time mode, which dims the display and operates on the quietest settings.
Note: The remote control is magnetic and can be stored neatly on top of the appliance. Ensure the remote control is pointed towards the base of the unit for optimal functionality.
Maintenance

- Cleaning the Appliance:
Wipe the appliance with a dry or damp cloth. Do not use detergents or polishes. Ensure the appliance is unplugged before cleaning.
- Filter Replacement:
The filter unit cannot be washed and must be replaced when the filter life indicator on the display illuminates. Filter life varies depending on usage and air quality. Typically, filters should be replaced every 12 months when used 12 hours a day.

- Remote Control Batteries:
