Setup and Assembly

Assembly is required. A Phillips head screwdriver and potentially a rubber mallet or hammer may be helpful for certain steps.

1. Attach Wheels to Axle: Insert the axle through the designated slots on the underside of the wheelbarrow tub. Slide one wheel onto each end of the axle. If the axle is difficult to insert into the plastic channels, gently warming the plastic around the axle channel with a hairdryer can increase pliability, making insertion easier.
2. Secure Wheels with Cap Nuts: Place a cap nut over each axle end, ensuring it is properly aligned. Use a rubber mallet or hammer to gently tap the cap nuts into place until they are fully seated and secure.
3. Attach Handle/Tool Tray: Align the handle/tool tray assembly with the top edge of the wheelbarrow tub. Secure it using the provided screws. While screw holes are present on the handle/foot parts, the corresponding points on the tub may require self-tapping. Apply firm pressure with a screwdriver, or use an electric drill with a suitable bit to create pilot holes if needed, to ensure a secure fit.

Operating Instructions

Loading

The wheelbarrow features an extra deep well and a flat floor, designed for stable loading of various materials such as soil, mulch, leaves, or gardening tools. Distribute the load evenly within the tub to maintain optimal balance during transport.

Moving and Maneuvering

The two large wheels and ergonomic handle are engineered for easy rolling, turning, and pivoting, even over rough terrain.

• Pushing: Grip the handle firmly and push forward. The two-wheel design provides enhanced stability compared to single-wheel models.
• Pulling: For very heavy loads or navigating through narrow spaces, the wheelbarrow can be pulled behind you.
• Turning: Use the handle to guide the wheels in the desired direction. The large wheels facilitate smooth and controlled turns.

Unloading
