Introduction
The Logitech Circle 2 Window Mount Accessory is designed to allow your Circle 2 Wired or Wire-Free camera to monitor outdoor areas by mounting the camera inside on any window pane. This accessory is specifically engineered to minimize reflections in your video footage when the camera is placed behind a window, providing clear views of the outside. It is compatible with both Circle 2 Wired and Wire-Free cameras, though when used with a Wire-Free camera, the camera will be powered by the mount and will no longer operate wirelessly.
This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your Logitech Circle 2 Window Mount Accessory.

Setup Instructions
Follow these steps to properly install your Logitech Circle 2 Window Mount Accessory with your Circle 2 camera:
- Prepare your Circle 2 Camera: First, ensure your Circle 2 camera is disconnected from its original mount (either Wired or Wire-Free mount) and remove its standard camera cover.
- Attach the Window Camera Cover: Securely attach the specialized Window Camera Cover to your Circle 2 camera. This cover is designed to work with the Window Mount and help reduce reflections.
- Connect the Window Mount: Attach the Logitech Circle 2 Window Mount to the camera with the Window Camera Cover. Ensure it clicks into place firmly.
- Position the Window Ring: Place the Window Ring directly onto the clean, dry surface of the window pane where you intend to mount the camera. The ring provides the suction necessary for secure attachment.
- Attach Camera to Window: Carefully press the camera with the attached Window Mount onto the Window Ring on the window. Apply gentle pressure to ensure a strong suction seal.

Important Note: When using the Window Mount with a Circle 2 Wire-Free camera, the camera will draw power from the mount and will no longer be battery-operated. Ensure the mount's power cable is connected to a power source.
Operating Considerations
The Window Mount is designed to optimize your Circle 2 camera's performance when viewing through glass. Here are some key operating considerations:
- Reflection Reduction: The unique design of the Window Mount and its accompanying camera cover helps to significantly reduce reflections that can occur when a camera is placed behind glass. For best results, ensure the mount is flush against the window and the window surface is clean. This mount works best on single-pane windows.
- Night Vision: The Circle 2 camera's built-in night vision LEDs are disabled when using the Window Mount to prevent reflections off the glass. If you require night vision, ensure there is sufficient ambient outdoor lighting (e.g., streetlights, porch lights) for the camera to capture clear footage in low-light conditions.
- Field of View: The mount does not alter the camera's 180-degree wide-angle view, allowing you to capture a broad perspective of the outdoor area.
Maintenance
To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your Window Mount Accessory:
- Cleaning: Periodically wipe the exterior of the mount and the window ring with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Ensure the window surface where the mount is attached is always clean to maintain proper suction.
- Inspection: Regularly check the suction cup and the mount for any signs of wear or damage. If the suction cup loses its ability to adhere firmly, clean both the cup and the window thoroughly.
- Storage: If removing the mount for an extended period, store it in a clean, dry place away from extreme temperatures.
Troubleshooting
- Problem: Video footage shows reflections.
Solution: Ensure the Window Mount is pressed firmly and flush against the window pane. Clean both the window surface and the suction ring of the mount. Verify that the specialized Window Camera Cover is correctly installed on the camera. This mount works best on single-pane windows.
- Problem: Night vision is dark or unclear.
Solution: The Window Mount disables the camera's infrared (IR) night vision LEDs to prevent reflections. For clear night vision, external ambient light is required. Consider adding an outdoor light source (e.g., a motion-activated floodlight) in the area you wish to monitor.
- Problem: Camera is not receiving power when using the Window Mount.
Solution: Ensure the power cable connected to the Window Mount is securely plugged into a working power outlet. Check all connections between the camera and the mount. If using a Wire-Free camera, remember it will draw power from the mount and requires the mount to be plugged in.
- Problem: Mount is not sticking to the window.
Solution: Clean the window surface and the suction ring thoroughly with a non-abrasive cleaner and dry completely. Ensure there are no air bubbles trapped under the suction ring when attaching. The mount is designed for smooth, flat glass surfaces.
