6. Maintenance

6.1 General Cleaning

Regularly clean the tank's exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using water or harsh chemicals, as this can damage electronic components. Pay special attention to cleaning the tracks to prevent debris buildup.

6.2 Battery Care

  • Always fully charge the tank battery before first use and after each play session.
  • Do not overcharge or completely drain the battery.
  • Store batteries in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Remove batteries from the remote controller if not in use for extended periods.

6.3 Smoke Unit Maintenance

Ensure the smoke unit is clean and free of blockages. If smoke production decreases, check the liquid level and clean the nozzle if necessary. Use only approved smoke liquid.

6.4 Track Maintenance

Periodically inspect the tracks for any damage or debris. Ensure they are properly aligned and tensioned. If tracks frequently come off, a simple modification or replacement with metal tracks might be necessary (as noted by some users).

7. Troubleshooting

  • Tank not responding: Check battery levels in both the tank and remote controller. Ensure both are powered on and properly paired.
  • No smoke production: Verify smoke liquid level. Ensure the smoke function is enabled on the remote.
  • BBs not firing: Check if BBs are loaded correctly and the firing mechanism is enabled. Ensure the safety mode is off.
  • Speaker unit issues (no sound): If the speaker unit stops producing sound, it may be damaged. Contact customer support for replacement options.
  • Tracks slipping or coming off: Inspect tracks for damage or excessive wear. Ensure proper tension. Consider upgrading to metal tracks for improved durability on rough terrain.
  • Instructions unclear: The included paper manual may have translation nuances. Refer to online resources or manufacturer's support for clearer guidance if needed.
