Introduction

This manual provides instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your Logitech G903 LIGHTSPEED Gaming Mouse. The G903 features LIGHTSPEED wireless technology for a 1 ms report rate, an advanced PMW3366 optical sensor, and compatibility with POWERPLAY wireless charging systems.

Setup

1. Connecting the Receiver

The LIGHTSPEED Wireless Nano Receiver can be connected in two ways:

1. Direct Connection: Plug the nano receiver directly into an available USB port on your computer.
2. Using the Extension Adapter: For optimal signal strength, especially if your computer is under a desk, connect the charging/data cable to the wireless extension adapter, then plug the nano receiver into the adapter. Connect the other end of the charging/data cable to a USB port on your computer.

2. Charging the Mouse

The G903 mouse can be charged using the provided charging/data cable. Connect the cable to the front port of the mouse and to a USB port on your computer. The mouse is also compatible with the Logitech POWERPLAY Wireless Charging System (sold separately), which allows for continuous charging while in use.

3. Software Installation (Logitech G HUB)

For full customization of buttons, DPI settings, lighting, and profiles, download and install the Logitech G HUB software from the official Logitech website. This software allows you to personalize your mouse settings to suit your preferences.

4. Ambidextrous Configuration

The G903 features a customizable design for both left and right-handed users. Side buttons can be attached or removed using the magnetic covers provided in the accessories box. Simply pull off the existing cover and snap on the desired button or blank cover.

5. Adding Weight

A 10-gram removable weight is included in the accessories box. To insert the weight, open the circular compartment on the bottom of the mouse, place the weight inside, and close the cover securely.

Operating

1. Power On/Off

Locate the ON/OFF switch on the bottom of the mouse. Slide the switch to the 'ON' position to power on the mouse. Slide it to 'OFF' when not in use to conserve battery.

2. Button Functions

The G903 features multiple programmable buttons:

• Left/Right Click: Standard mouse functions.
• Scroll Wheel: Features hyperfast scrolling and can be clicked for middle-button functionality.
• DPI Cycle Buttons: Located below the scroll wheel, these buttons allow you to cycle through preset DPI sensitivity levels.
• Side Buttons (G4, G5): Customizable buttons, typically used for forward/back navigation or in-game commands.
• Profile Button: Located on the bottom of the mouse, this button allows you to switch between stored profiles.

3. DPI Adjustment

Use the DPI cycle buttons to quickly switch between sensitivity settings. Further customization of DPI levels and the number of stages can be done through the Logitech G HUB software.

4. Battery Life

The G903 offers up to 32 hours of battery life with no lighting and 24 hours with default lighting. Battery status can be monitored via the Logitech G HUB software. A low battery indicator will also appear on the mouse.

5. LIGHTSPEED Wireless Technology

The integrated LIGHTSPEED wireless technology provides a 1 ms report rate, ensuring minimal latency for responsive and reliable performance.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

To clean your mouse, use a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Regularly clean the optical sensor area on the bottom of the mouse to ensure optimal tracking performance.

2. Battery Care

To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the mouse frequently. Charge the mouse when the low battery indicator appears. If not using the mouse for an extended period, switch it off.

Troubleshooting

1. Connectivity Issues

• Ensure the LIGHTSPEED Wireless Nano Receiver is securely plugged into a USB port.
• Verify the mouse is powered on.
• Check the mouse battery level.
• Try connecting the receiver to a different USB port or using the wireless extension adapter.
• If issues persist, consult the Logitech G HUB software for re-pairing options or visit the Logitech support website.

2. Sensor Performance Issues

• Clean the optical sensor on the bottom of the mouse with a soft, dry cloth.
• Ensure you are using the mouse on a suitable surface. Highly reflective or uneven surfaces may affect tracking.

3. Charging Issues

• Ensure the charging/data cable is securely connected to both the mouse and a powered USB port.
• If using a POWERPLAY mat, ensure the mat is properly connected and powered, and the POWERCORE module is correctly installed in the mouse.
