2. Important Safeguards

4. Setup and First Use

Before First Use:

• Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels.
• Clean the cooking basket and pan thoroughly with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge.
• Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
• Ensure the air fryer is placed on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface, away from walls or other appliances to allow for proper air circulation.

5. Operating Instructions

Power On/Off:

Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet. The digital display will illuminate. Press the power button (U) to turn the unit on or off.

Preheating:

1. Press the power button to turn on the air fryer.
2. Adjust the temperature using the temperature control buttons (+ / -) to your desired preheat temperature (e.g., 380°F / 195°C).
3. Set the timer for 3-5 minutes using the time control buttons (+ / -).
4. Press the start button to begin preheating. The fan icon will rotate.

Cooking:

1. Carefully pull out the cooking basket by the handle.
2. Place your food inside the non-stick basket. Do not overfill.
3. Slide the cooking basket back into the air fryer until it clicks into place.
4. Set the desired cooking temperature and time using the digital controls. You can also select from preset cooking functions by pressing the 'M' button.
5. Press the start button to begin cooking. The air fryer will automatically shut off when the timer expires.
6. For even cooking, some foods may require shaking the basket halfway through the cooking process. Pull out the basket, shake, and reinsert. The air fryer will resume cooking.
7. Once cooking is complete, carefully remove the basket and transfer food to a serving dish.
