Setup and Assembly
Adult assembly is required. A spanner and screwdriver may be needed. Follow these steps to assemble your trike:
- Attach the Front Wheel and Fork: Secure the front wheel to the fork assembly. Ensure pedals are correctly oriented.

- Install the Seat: Secure the seat onto the trike frame. Ensure it is firmly attached.
- Attach the Parent Handle: Insert the parent handle into the designated slot at the rear of the trike. Adjust its height as needed and secure it.
- Attach the Rear Storage Basket: Secure the basket to the rear of the trike.
- Final Checks: Verify all screws, bolts, and connections are tight and secure before first use.
Operating Instructions
The trike offers two primary modes of operation:
1. Push-Along Mode (Parent Control)
This mode is ideal for younger children (15+ months) who are not yet ready to pedal independently. The parent controls steering and movement.
- Engage Steering Lock: To allow the parent to steer, engage the steering lock mechanism on the front fork. This prevents the child from steering the handlebars.

- Engage Free-Wheel System: To prevent the child's feet from being caught by rotating pedals while being pushed, engage the free-wheel system on the front wheel. This allows the pedals to remain stationary while the wheel turns.

- Adjust Parent Handle: The parent handle can be adjusted for comfortable pushing.

- Secure Child: Always fasten the safety belt around the child.

2. Tricycle Mode (Child Control)
As your child grows (approx. 30+ months) and develops coordination, the trike can be converted for independent pedaling.
- Remove Parent Handle: Detach the parent handle from the trike.
- Disengage Steering Lock: Unlock the steering mechanism to allow the child to steer the handlebars.
- Disengage Free-Wheel System: Engage the pedals with the front wheel so the child can propel the trike by pedaling.
- Adjust Seat: Adjust the seat position to ensure the child can comfortably reach the pedals.
- Rear Tipper Skip: The rear basket can be used by the child to carry small toys.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe down the trike with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: Store the trike in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures, to prevent material degradation.
- Regular Inspection: Periodically check all nuts, bolts, and moving parts for tightness and wear. Replace any worn or damaged parts immediately.
- Lubrication: Moving parts may benefit from occasional lubrication with a child-safe lubricant.
