1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

3. Setup

The NordicTrack SpaceSaver SE7i is designed for relatively straightforward assembly. It is recommended to have two people for assembly due to the weight and size of the unit.

3.1 Unpacking and Placement

1. Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Place the elliptical in your desired workout area. Ensure the area is clear of obstructions and has a stable, level floor.
3. Due to the short length of the power cord, position the elliptical near a power outlet.

3.2 Assembly

4.1 Console Overview

4.2 Starting a Workout

1. Step onto the elliptical, placing your feet firmly on the pedals.
2. Grasp either the moving handlebars for a full-body workout or the stationary handlebars for lower-body focus.
3. Press any button on the console or begin pedaling to activate the display.
4. Select a workout program or begin a manual workout.

4.3 Adjusting Resistance and Incline

The SE7i offers 22 digital resistance levels and an adjustable power ramp for incline training. These can be adjusted directly from the console during your workout. With iFIT, your trainer can automatically adjust these settings.

4.4 iFIT Personal Training

The NordicTrack SpaceSaver SE7i is iFIT compatible. Connect your own tablet or smartphone (not included) to the elliptical to access a library of live and on-demand video workouts. Elite personal trainers can auto-adjust your resistance and incline for an optimized workout.

• To use iFIT, download the iFIT app to your device.
• Place your tablet or smartphone on the integrated device holder on the console.
• Connect your device via Bluetooth to the elliptical. If prompted to activate iFIT, you can bypass this by holding the Bluetooth button on the console for 10 seconds.

4.5 Heart Rate Monitoring

The elliptical includes heart rate sensors on the stationary handlebars. While these provide an estimate, for accurate heart rate tracking, it is recommended to use a compatible external heart rate monitor.
