Setup

Follow these steps to properly install your Logitech Circle 2 Window Mount:

1. Prepare the Camera: Ensure your Circle 2 camera is powered off. Remove any existing Wired or Wire-Free mount and the Camera Cover from your Circle 2 camera.
2. Attach Window Components: Attach the specialized Window Camera Cover and the Window Mount to your Circle 2 camera. Ensure they are securely fastened.
3. Position the Window Ring: Place the Window Ring onto the desired window pane. This ring provides the adhesive surface for the mount. For best results, use on a clean, single-pane window.
4. Attach Camera to Window: Carefully attach the camera, with the Window Mount already connected, to the Window Ring on the window. Press firmly to ensure a secure adhesion.
5. Power On: Connect the power cable to the Window Mount and plug it into a power outlet. If using a Circle 2 Wire-Free camera, note that it will now operate as a wired camera.

Operating Considerations

The Window Mount is designed to optimize your Circle 2 camera's performance when viewing through glass. Key operational aspects include:

• Reflection Reduction: The unique design of the mount helps to minimize reflections that can occur when a camera records through a window. This is most effective on single-pane windows.
• Night Vision: The Circle 2 camera's built-in night vision LEDs are disabled when using the Window Mount to prevent reflections off the glass. For effective night vision through a window, external lighting in the monitored area may be required.
• Wired Operation: When a Circle 2 Wire-Free camera is connected to this mount, it will draw power from the mount and operate as a wired camera, bypassing its battery.
• Wide-Angle View: The mount does not impede the camera's 180-degree wide-angle field of view, allowing for comprehensive monitoring of the outdoor area.

• Adhesive Ring: If the adhesive ring loses its stickiness, replacement rings may be available from Logitech support.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Window Mount or connected Circle 2 camera, consider the following:

• Camera Offline:
  • Ensure the power cable is securely connected to the mount and the power outlet.
  • Verify your Wi-Fi network is active and stable.
