Setup Guide

1. Unpack: Carefully remove the timer unit and remote control from the packaging.
2. Install Remote Battery: The CR2032 battery for the remote control is included. Insert it into the remote following the polarity indicators.
3. Plug In: Connect the timer unit to a grounded outdoor electrical outlet. Ensure the outlet is protected from direct water exposure if possible.
4. Mounting (Recommended): For optimal performance and water drainage, mount the timer vertically at least 2 feet off the ground.
5. Connect Devices: Plug your outdoor lights or other electrical devices into the two grounded outlets on the timer unit.

Operating Instructions

The DEWENWILS timer offers several operating modes, controllable directly from the unit or via the remote control.

Using the Timer Unit Button:

Press the large gray button on the timer unit to cycle through the following modes:

• ON: Power is continuously supplied to the attached devices.
• Sensor (Dusk to Dawn): Power will turn on at dusk and remain on until dawn.
• 2 Hrs: Power will turn on at dusk and remain on for 2 hours.
• 4 Hrs: Power will turn on at dusk and remain on for 4 hours.
• 6 Hrs: Power will turn on at dusk and remain on for 6 hours.
• 8 Hrs: Power will turn on at dusk and remain on for 8 hours.
• OFF: Power is completely off to the attached devices.

Using the Remote Control:

The remote control provides convenient access to all timer functions from a distance. Ensure the remote has a clear line of sight or is within the 100 ft RF range.

• ON Button: Turns the power on to attached devices.
• Sensor Button (Sun/Moon Icon): Activates the dusk to dawn mode.
• 2H, 4H, 6H, 8H Buttons: Sets the timer for the corresponding number of hours after dusk.
• OFF Button: Turns the power off to attached devices.

Maintenance and Care
