Note: 8 "D" batteries are required for battery operation and are not included.

Setup

1. Battery Installation

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the back or bottom of the fan.
  2. Open the battery compartment cover.
  3. Insert 8 "D" size batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
  4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

Important: Always use fresh batteries of the same type. Do not mix old and new batteries or different types of batteries.

2. AC Power Connection

  1. Locate the AC adapter port on the fan.
  2. Plug the included AC adapter into the fan's AC adapter port.
  3. Plug the other end of the AC adapter into a standard 120V AC wall outlet.

Note: When the AC adapter is connected, the fan will draw power from the AC outlet, even if batteries are installed.
