1. Important Safety Information

Please read and understand all instructions before beginning assembly and installation. All electrical connections must be in accordance with local codes, ordinances, or the National Electric Code (NEC). Consult a qualified electrician or inspector if you are unfamiliar with proper wiring methods.

  • Always disconnect power at the main circuit breaker before installation or servicing.
  • Ensure all connections are secure and properly insulated.

2. Package Contents

Verify that all components are present before discarding packaging materials.

  • Chandelier body with adjustable arms

  • Mounting hardware kit (crossbar, mounting screws, wire nuts)
  • Extension rods (various lengths for adjustable height)

Note: Six (6) A19 bulbs (max 60W each) and a dimmer switch are not included and must be purchased separately.

3. Setup and Installation

Professional installation is recommended. Ensure power is OFF at the circuit breaker before proceeding.

  1. Prepare the Mounting Surface: Ensure the junction box is securely mounted to the ceiling structure and can support the weight of the fixture. This chandelier is compatible with sloped or vaulted ceilings.
  2. Install Mounting Hardware: Attach the crossbar to the junction box using the provided mounting screws.
  3. Determine Hanging Height: Select the appropriate length of extension rods to achieve your desired hanging height. The fixture includes various rod lengths for customization.
  4. Adjust Chandelier Arms: Before wiring and final installation, gently adjust the arms on their pivot points to achieve the desired spread or 'sputnik' configuration. This is easier to do before the fixture is fully installed. Refer to Image 2 for visual guidance on arm adjustment.
  5. Wire the Fixture: Connect the fixture's wires to the corresponding household wires (black to black, white to white, ground to ground) using the provided wire nuts. Ensure all connections are tight and secure.
  6. Secure Canopy: Carefully push the wiring into the junction box and secure the ceiling canopy against the ceiling using the provided screws or nuts. Refer to Image 3 for the canopy design.
  7. Install Bulbs: Screw six (6) E26 medium base, max 60W A19 bulbs (not included) into the sockets.

4. Operating Instructions

Once installed and bulbs are in place, restore power at the circuit breaker.

  • Turning On/Off: Operate the chandelier using a standard wall switch.
  • Dimming Functionality: The Xenia Chandelier is fully dimmable. To utilize this feature, ensure you have installed dimmable E26 A19 bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch (both sold separately). Adjust the dimmer switch to control the brightness and create the desired ambiance.

5. Maintenance

To maintain the appearance and functionality of your chandelier, follow these guidelines:

  • Cleaning: Dust the fixture regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For more thorough cleaning, wipe with a slightly damp cloth and then dry immediately. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these can damage the finish.
  • Bulb Replacement: Ensure power is off at the circuit breaker before replacing bulbs. Allow bulbs to cool completely before handling. Replace with E26 medium base, max 60W A19 bulbs.

6. Troubleshooting
