1. Introduction

4. Setup

4.1 Attaching Wheels

The Master Blaster unit comes with wheels for easy portability. Attach the wheels to the designated points on the base of the unit using the provided hardware. Ensure they are securely fastened for stable movement.

4.2 Connecting the Hose

Connect the 30-foot commercial hose to the air outlet on the Master Blaster unit. Twist to secure the connection. Attach your desired nozzle to the other end of the hose, ensuring a snug fit.

4.3 Wall Mounting (Optional)

For stationary use, the unit can be mounted to a wall using the provided wall mount bracket and hose hanger. 5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On/Off

Plug the 12 ft. heavy-duty cord into a grounded 120V electrical outlet. The unit features physical switches for control. Turn the unit ON to begin operation and OFF when finished.

5.2 Drying Vehicles

The Master Blaster uses warm, dry, filtered air to quickly and safely dry vehicles. Hold the nozzle a few inches from the surface and direct the airflow to push water off the vehicle. Work from top to bottom to ensure water runs off cleanly.

Utilize the various nozzles for different applications:

  • Crevice Tool: Ideal for tight spaces, seams, and emblems.
  • Blower Nozzles (1 ½” Neoprene, Large): For general drying of large surfaces.
  • Air Flare: For wider coverage on flat panels.

5.3 Air Duster Function

The powerful airflow can also be used as an air duster to remove dust, debris, and fibers from various surfaces, including vehicle interiors, engine bays, and other components. Use appropriate nozzles for precision or broad coverage.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Filter Cleaning

The Master Blaster uses a foam filter to ensure clean airflow. Regularly check and clean the foam filter to maintain optimal performance. Turn off and unplug the unit before accessing the filter. Remove the filter, clean it with mild soap and water, rinse thoroughly, and allow it to dry completely before reinserting.

6.2 Hose and Nozzle Care

Inspect the hose and nozzles for any signs of wear, cracks, or damage before each use. Clean them as needed. Store the hose on the provided hose hanger to prevent kinks and damage.
