3. Setup Guide

Connections

  • HDMI Connections: Connect your source devices (Blu-ray player, game console, streaming device) to the HDMI IN ports. Connect your TV or projector to the HDMI OUT (MAIN) port.
  • Speaker Connections: Connect your speakers to the corresponding speaker terminals (FRONT, CENTER, SURROUND, SURROUND BACK/HEIGHT). Ensure correct polarity (+ to + and - to -). The TX-NR676 supports 7.2 channel configurations.
  • Subwoofer: Connect your powered subwoofer(s) to the SUBWOOFER PRE OUT 1 and/or 2.
  • Network Connection: For network features and firmware updates, connect an Ethernet cable from your router to the NETWORK port, or use the built-in Wi-Fi.

  • Power On/Off: Press the ON/STANDBY button on the front panel or remote control.
