1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the Timegyro Digital Alarm Clock. This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your new alarm clock. This device is designed for convenience, featuring a large LED display and battery-powered operation for portability.

2. Important Safety Information

  • Use only the specified battery type (4 x AA batteries).
  • Do not mix old and new batteries, or different types of batteries.
  • Insert batteries with correct polarity (+ and -).
  • Remove exhausted batteries promptly to prevent leakage and damage.
  • Do not expose the clock to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or high humidity.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

5. Setup

5.1 Battery Installation

  1. Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the clock.
  2. Slide the cover downwards to open the compartment.
  3. Insert four (4) new AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+ and -) as indicated inside the compartment.
  4. Replace the battery compartment cover by sliding it upwards until it clicks into place.

The clock display should now light up, indicating successful battery installation.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Setting the Time

  1. Press and hold the TIME SET button until the hour digits begin to flash.
  2. Press the HOUR button repeatedly to adjust the hour.
  3. Press the MIN button repeatedly to adjust the minutes.
  4. Press TIME SET again to confirm and exit time setting mode.

6.2 Setting the Alarm

  1. Press and hold the AL SET button until the alarm hour digits begin to flash.
  2. Press the HOUR button repeatedly to adjust the alarm hour.
  3. Press the MIN button repeatedly to adjust the alarm minutes.
  4. Press AL SET again to confirm and exit alarm setting mode.

6.3 Activating/Deactivating the Alarm

Press the AL ON/OFF button to toggle the alarm function. An alarm icon (usually a bell) will appear on the display when the alarm is active.

6.4 Snooze Function

When the alarm sounds, press the large SNOOZE AL STOP button on top of the clock. The alarm will pause for approximately 7 minutes before sounding again.

6.5 Stopping the Alarm

To stop the alarm completely after it sounds (without snoozing), press any button on the back of the clock, or press and hold the SNOOZE AL STOP button for 2 seconds.

6.6 Adjusting Display Brightness

The clock features 3 levels of brightness. Press the light bulb icon button on the back to cycle through the brightness levels. The display also has a night mode that automatically dims the display between 8 PM and 6 AM.

6.7 12/24 Hour Mode

Press the 12/24 button to switch between 12-hour (with AM/PM indicator) and 24-hour time formats.

6.8 Flashing Dots Between Numbers

To start or stop the flashing of the dots between the hour and minute digits, press and hold the MIN button for 2 seconds.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Cleaning

Wipe the clock with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these may damage the surface.

7.2 Battery Replacement

When the display becomes dim or the clock stops functioning, it is time to replace the batteries. Refer to section 5.1 for battery installation instructions. It is recommended to replace all four batteries at the same time.
