1. Unpacking and Inspection

Carefully remove the machine from its packaging. Inspect for any signs of damage during transit. Ensure all components listed in the 'What's in the Box' section are present.

2. Power Connection

The machine operates on a 75W motor. Ensure your power supply matches the machine's requirements:

Connect the power cord securely to a grounded outlet.

3. Threading the Machine

Use Revo premium polyester bag-closing thread cones for optimal sewing performance. Follow the threading path indicated on the machine. Ensure the thread is properly tensioned for a consistent stitch.

1. Preparing for Sewing

• Ensure the machine is properly threaded and the needle (DN*1-#25-organ) is correctly installed.
• Verify the power connection.

2. Bag Material Compatibility

This machine is designed to close various types of bags, including:

• Woven PP/HDPE
• Burlap
• Jute
• Cotton
• Hessian
• Multi-wall paper bags

The maximum material thickness supported is up to 10mm.

3. Sewing Process

• Hold the bag firmly and guide the edge under the presser foot.
• Engage the sewing mechanism (refer to machine-specific controls for activation).
• Guide the bag smoothly through the machine. The machine produces a double thread chain-stitch.
• The fixed stitch length is 3 stitches per inch (8.5mm).
• The machine operates at a speed of approximately 1600 stitches per minute, capable of closing 5 to 8 bags per minute.
• Once the bag is closed, disengage the sewing mechanism and carefully remove the bag.

1. Lubrication

Regular lubrication is crucial for the machine's performance and longevity. Use 2T Oil or SAE 10 lubricant. Apply oil to all designated lubrication points as indicated in the machine's diagrams (refer to specific points on the machine itself).

2. Needle Replacement

Periodically inspect the needle (DN*1-#25-organ) for wear or damage. A bent or dull needle can cause skipped stitches or thread breakage. Replace the needle as needed, ensuring it is correctly oriented and securely fastened.

3. Cleaning

Keep the machine clean from dust, lint, and thread debris. Use a soft brush or compressed air to clear away any accumulations, especially around the needle area and feed dogs.

1. Skipped Stitches

• Cause: Bent or dull needle, incorrect needle installation, improper threading, or incorrect thread tension.
• Solution: Replace the needle, re-thread the machine carefully, adjust thread tension.

2. Thread Breakage

• Cause: High thread tension, damaged needle, poor quality thread, or burrs on thread path.
• Solution: Reduce thread tension, replace needle, use Revo premium polyester thread, inspect thread path for obstructions.

3. Machine Not Starting

• Cause: No power, loose connection, or motor issue.
• Solution: Check power cord and outlet, ensure power switch is on. If problem persists, contact service.
