After making all connections, you can power on the subwoofer.

  • Locate the POWER switch on the rear panel (refer to Figure 3).
  • Set the switch to the ON position to power on the subwoofer.
  • To turn off the subwoofer, set the switch to the OFF position.

Note: This model does not feature an automatic signal-sensing power on/off function. The power must be manually switched or controlled via an external smart plug if automated operation is desired.

2. Adjusting Volume

The subwoofer's volume can be adjusted using the VOLUME knob on the rear panel (refer to Figure 3).

  1. Start with the volume knob set to a low level (e.g., 3 out of 10).
  2. Play audio through your home theater system.
  3. Gradually increase the subwoofer volume until the bass blends seamlessly with your main speakers, providing a balanced sound. Avoid setting the volume too high, which can result in boomy or distorted bass.

Further fine-tuning of bass levels and crossover frequencies may be available through your audio receiver's settings. Consult your receiver's manual for detailed instructions.

Maintenance

Proper care will ensure the longevity and performance of your subwoofer.

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the unit. Do not use liquid cleaners, abrasive cloths, or chemical solvents, as these may damage the finish.
  • Dust: Regularly dust the unit, especially the speaker grille and rear panel, to prevent dust buildup from affecting performance or ventilation.
  • Ventilation: Ensure that the ventilation openings are not obstructed.
  • Storage: If storing the unit for an extended period, disconnect it from the power outlet and cover it to protect against dust.
