6. Maintenance
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your water dispenser.
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Drip Tray Cleaning: The drip tray and grille are removable for easy cleaning. Empty and clean the drip tray regularly to prevent overflow and bacterial growth. Wash with mild soap and water, then rinse thoroughly.
- Descaling (Recommended Annually): To prevent mineral buildup, descaling is recommended. Unplug the unit, remove the water bottle, and drain all water. Fill the hot water tank with a descaling solution (e.g., citric acid solution or white vinegar diluted with water). Let it sit for 30 minutes, then drain and flush with clean water several times.
- Air Filter Cleaning: Periodically check and clean the air filter located on the back of the unit to ensure proper airflow and cooling efficiency.
7. Troubleshooting
If you experience issues with your water dispenser, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |

| No hot or cool water | Heating/Cooling switch is OFF | Ensure the red (hot) and green (cool) switches on the back of the unit are in the 'ON' position. |
| Water not dispensing | Water bottle is empty or improperly seated | Replace the water bottle or ensure it is correctly placed on the reservoir. |
