Setup Guide
Unpacking
Carefully remove the water dispenser from its packaging. Ensure all components are present and undamaged.
Placement
Place the dispenser on a flat, stable surface away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
Water Bottle Installation
- Clean the neck of the water bottle.
- Remove the cap from the water bottle.
- Carefully lift the water bottle and invert it, placing its neck into the support collar on top of the dispenser. Ensure it is seated firmly.
- Allow water to flow into the dispenser's internal tanks. This may take a few minutes.

Power Connection
Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet (110 Volts). Do not use extension cords.
Initial Operation
Before dispensing, allow the unit to cool and heat the water for approximately 15-20 minutes. The indicator lights will show when the desired temperatures are reached.
Operating Your Water Dispenser
Hot Water Dispensing
To dispense hot water, push the red hot water lever. For safety, this lever requires a child-safe mechanism to be engaged first (pull down the safety clip while pushing the lever).
Cold Water Dispensing
To dispense cold water, push the blue cold water lever.
Storage Cabinet
The bottom cabinet provides convenient storage for cups or other small items. Note that this cabinet is not refrigerated.

Maintenance and Care
Cleaning the Drip Tray
Regularly remove and empty the drip tray located below the dispensing spouts. Clean it with mild soap and water.
Exterior Cleaning
Wipe the exterior of the dispenser with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
Internal Cleaning (Recommended Annually)
For thorough cleaning, unplug the unit and drain all water. Consult a professional or refer to the full user manual for detailed internal cleaning procedures.
Troubleshooting
