Setup and Assembly

Before first use, wash all detachable parts (lid, filter, pulp container, juice cup, food pusher) in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry.

  1. Place the motor unit on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
  2. Insert the pulp container into its designated position on the motor unit.
  3. Carefully place the stainless steel grater cum filter onto the motor unit's shaft, ensuring it is seated firmly.
  4. Position the juicer cover/lid over the filter and pulp container, aligning it correctly with the motor unit.
  5. Engage the safety locking arm by lifting it and securing it into the grooves on the lid. The juicer will not operate unless the locking arm is correctly engaged.
  6. Place the juice cup under the juice spout.
  7. Insert the food pusher into the feed chute.

Operating Instructions

Follow these steps to extract juice efficiently.

  1. Ensure the juicer is properly assembled and the safety locking arm is secured.
  2. Wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly. For larger items, cut them into pieces that fit the feed chute. Remove hard pits from fruits like peaches or plums. Peeling is generally not necessary for most fruits and vegetables, but you may peel citrus fruits.
  3. Place the juice cup under the juice spout.
  4. Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.
  5. Turn the control knob to the desired speed setting:
    • Speed 1 (Low): Suitable for soft fruits and vegetables (e.g., tomatoes, grapes, berries).
    • Speed 2 (High): Suitable for hard fruits and vegetables (e.g., carrots, apples, celery).
  6. Once the motor is running, gradually feed the prepared fruits and vegetables into the feed chute using the food pusher. Apply gentle, even pressure. Do not force food into the chute.
  7. The juice will flow into the juice cup, and the pulp will collect in the pulp container. The unique juice jar is equipped with a foam separator for clearer juice.
  8. When finished juicing, turn the control knob to the "OFF" position and unplug the appliance from the power outlet.
  9. Activate the anti-drip system by pushing the spout upwards to prevent any remaining juice from dripping.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygienic operation of your juicer.

  1. Always unplug the juicer from the power outlet before cleaning.
  2. Disassemble the juicer by releasing the safety locking arm, removing the lid, filter, pulp container, and juice cup.
  3. Rinse all detachable parts immediately after use under running water to prevent pulp from drying and sticking.
  4. Wash the detachable parts (lid, filter, pulp container, juice cup, food pusher) in warm, soapy water. Use a brush to clean the fine mesh of the stainless steel filter thoroughly.
  5. Note: The product is NOT dishwasher safe. Please wash all parts by hand.
  6. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid.
  7. Dry all parts thoroughly before reassembling or storing.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your juicer, refer to the following common problems and solutions.

  • Juicer does not turn on:
    • Check if the power cord is securely plugged into the outlet.
    • Ensure the safety locking arm is fully engaged and locked into position. The juicer has a safety mechanism that prevents operation if not properly assembled.
  • Low juice yield or excessive pulp:
    • Ensure you are using the correct speed setting for the type of fruit or vegetable. Use higher speed for harder produce.
    • Feed produce slowly and apply gentle, even pressure with the food pusher.
    • The filter may be clogged. Clean the stainless steel filter thoroughly.
  • Juicer stops during operation:
    • The juicer may have overheated due to continuous use or overloading. Turn off the juicer, unplug it, and allow it to cool down for at least 30 minutes before resuming.
    • Check for blockages in the feed chute or filter. Clear any obstructions.
  • Excessive vibration or noise:
    • Ensure all parts are correctly assembled and securely locked.
    • Check if the juicer is placed on a stable, flat surface.

If the problem persists, please contact customer support.
