1. Introduction

This manual provides instructions for setting up and playing the USAOPOLY AMC The Walking Dead Monopoly Board Game. This edition combines the classic property trading game with the post-apocalyptic world of AMC's The Walking Dead, where players acquire and defend key locations from the series.

2. Components

Before starting, ensure all components are present:

• 1 Custom Game Board
• 6 Collectible Tokens
• Custom Themed Monopoly Money
• Fences (replacing Houses)
• Guard Towers (replacing Hotels)
• Survivor Cards (replacing Chance)
• Walker Cards (replacing Community Chest)
• 2 Dice
• Instructions

3. Setup

1. Unfold the Game Board: Place the game board on a flat surface.
2. Separate Cards: Shuffle the Survivor Cards and place them face down on their designated space on the board. Do the same for the Walker Cards.
3. Banker and Money: One player is selected as the Banker. The Banker is responsible for all money and property deeds not yet owned. The Banker distributes starting money to each player according to the game rules.
4. Choose Tokens: Each player selects one of the 6 collectible tokens to represent their character on the board.
5. Place Fences and Guard Towers: Place the Fences and Guard Towers near the board, ready for use.
6. Starting Position: All players place their chosen token on the "GO" space.

4. Operating (How to Play)

The game proceeds in turns, with players rolling dice and moving their tokens around the board. The objective is to acquire properties, build defenses, and bankrupt opponents.

4.1 Turn Sequence

1. Roll Dice: Roll both dice and move your token clockwise the corresponding number of spaces.
2. Action Based on Space: The action you take depends on the space your token lands on:
   • Unowned Property: You may buy the property for the price printed on the board. If you decline, the Banker auctions it to the highest bidder.
   • Owned Property: Pay rent to the owner. The rent amount increases if the property has Fences or Guard Towers.
   • Survivor or Walker Card: Draw the top card from the respective pile and follow its instructions.
   • Go to Jail: Move your token directly to the "In Jail" space.
   • Taxes: Pay the specified tax amount to the Bank.
   • GO: If you pass or land on "GO", collect the designated amount from the Bank.
3. Building Defenses: Once you own all properties in a color group, you can begin building Fences and then Guard Towers on them. This increases the rent collected from other players.
4. Trading: Players can trade properties, money, and 'Get Out of Jail Free' cards with each other at any time.

4.2 Game End

The game ends when only one player remains, having successfully bankrupted all other players. This player is declared the survivor.

5. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity of your game:

• Store all components in the original game box when not in use.
• Keep the game away from direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme temperatures to prevent warping or damage to the board and cards.
• Clean game pieces and the board with a soft, dry cloth if necessary. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
