2. Setup and Staple Loading
Before using your stapler, ensure it is placed on a stable, flat surface. Follow these steps to load staples and prepare for use:
- Lift the stapler's top arm to reveal the staple magazine.
- Pull out the staple pusher rod from the back of the magazine.
- Insert a strip of compatible staples (e.g., 23/8, 23/10, 23/13, 23/15, 23/17, 23/20, 23/24) into the magazine channel. Ensure the staples are facing downwards.
- Push the staple pusher rod back into place until it locks, securing the staples.
- Gently lower the stapler's top arm until it rests in its normal position.

3. Operating Instructions
This stapler is designed for heavy-duty use and can staple up to 200 sheets depending on the staple size. It features a long reach for stapling booklets and other large documents.
- Prepare Documents: Align the sheets of paper you wish to staple, ensuring they are neatly stacked.
- Adjust Throat Depth: Use the adjustable paper guide on the base of the stapler to set the desired stapling depth. This allows for precise placement of staples, especially for booklet binding. The throat depth is 250mm (9.84").
- Position Paper: Slide the paper stack under the stapler head, aligning it with the paper guide.
- Staple: Firmly press down on the stapler handle until the staple penetrates all sheets and clinches at the bottom. Release the handle.
- Check Staple: Verify that the staple has securely fastened all sheets.

4. Maintenance and Troubleshooting

How to Get Rid of Jamming

- If the stapler becomes jammed, unload the stapler and take out the staples first. Then, to put a hard material about 2cm behind the anvil, and push down the handle. The jammed staple will be removed.
- For a successive jamming, use a screwdriver to loosen the four screws in the lower part of the magazine cover. Do just as the first step, and the jammed staple will be removed.
General Maintenance Tips:
- Keep the stapler clean and free of dust and debris.
- Use only compatible staples of the correct size for the number of sheets being stapled. Refer to the specifications table for guidance.
- Store the stapler in a dry environment to prevent rust.
