Setup

1. Charging the Speaker

Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the USB cable to the speaker's Micro B USB port and the wall charger. A full charge provides up to 12 hours of playtime.

2. Powering On/Off

Press the ⏻ Power button located on the top of the speaker to turn it on or off.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Turn on the speaker. A voice prompt will indicate "Ready to pair" and the Bluetooth indicator light will blink blue.
2. On your mobile device, enable Bluetooth and select "Bose Revolve" from the list of available devices.
3. Once connected, a voice prompt will confirm "Connected to [Device Name]" and the Bluetooth indicator light will glow solid white.
4. To pair another device, press and hold the 🔂 Bluetooth button until the indicator blinks blue again.

Operating Instructions

Volume Control

Use the Volume Up (+) and Volume Down (-) buttons on the top of the speaker to adjust the audio level. You can also control the volume from your connected device.

Source Selection

Press the Source button (circular arrow icon) to switch between Bluetooth and auxiliary input sources.

Voice Assistant / Speakerphone

Press the Multi-function button (three dots icon) to activate your device's voice assistant (Siri or Google Now) or to answer/end calls when using the built-in speakerphone.

Party Mode & Stereo Mode

For an enhanced audio experience, you can pair two SoundLink Revolve speakers using the Bose Connect app. This allows you to play audio in:

• Party Mode: Play the same audio on both speakers simultaneously for wider coverage.
• Stereo Mode: Designate one speaker as the left channel and the other as the right channel for a true stereo sound experience.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Wipe the speaker with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use any solvents or chemicals. Ensure all ports are dry before charging.

Water Resistance

The SoundLink Revolve is IPX4 water-resistant, meaning it can withstand splashes of water. It is not designed to be submerged in water.

Troubleshooting

No Power

• Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the speaker to the wall charger.
• Press the Power button firmly.

Bluetooth Connection Issues

• Make sure the speaker is in pairing mode (blinking blue Bluetooth indicator).
• Ensure your device's Bluetooth is enabled and within range (approx. 30 feet).
• Forget "Bose Revolve" from your device's Bluetooth settings and try pairing again.
• Restart both the speaker and your Bluetooth device.

No Sound or Low Volume

• Increase the volume on both the speaker and your connected device.
• Ensure the correct source is selected (Bluetooth or Aux).
• If using Aux, ensure the cable is fully inserted and functional.
