Setup Instructions

1. Unpacking:

1. Carefully remove the air cooler and all accessories from the packaging.
2. Check for any damage during transit. If damaged, do not operate and contact customer support.
3. Ensure all included components are present: Air Cooler, Trolley, Castor Wheels, User Manual, and Warranty Card.

2. Assembling the Trolley and Castor Wheels:

1. Attach the castor wheels to the designated slots on the bottom of the trolley. Ensure they are securely fastened.
2. Place the air cooler unit onto the assembled trolley. Ensure it sits firmly and is stable.

3. Positioning the Cooler:

• Place the cooler on a flat, stable surface, preferably near a window or open door for optimal air circulation.
• Ensure there is sufficient space around the cooler for air intake and exhaust.

4. Filling the Water Tank:

1. Locate the water inlet on the front side of the cooler.
2. Open the water inlet cover.
3. Fill the tank with clean water up to the maximum fill line indicated. Do not overfill.
4. Close the water inlet cover securely.

Operating Instructions

1. Powering On/Off:

• Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.
• Press the 'Power' button on the control panel or remote control to turn the cooler on.
• Press the 'Power' button again to turn the cooler off.

2. Adjusting Fan Speed:

• The cooler features 3 fan speeds (Low, Medium, High).
• Use the 'Speed' button on the control panel or remote to cycle through the available speeds.

3. Activating Cooling Function:

• Ensure the water tank is filled.
• Press the 'Cool' button to activate the water pump and start the evaporative cooling process.
• The Aspen Wood Wool pads will become saturated with water, and the fan will draw air through them, releasing cooler air.

4. Sleep Mode:

• Activate 'Sleep Mode' for quieter operation and reduced fan speed, ideal for nighttime use.
• Refer to the control panel or remote for the specific 'Sleep Mode' button.

5. Using the Remote Control:

• Point the remote control towards the cooler's receiver.
• The remote allows you to control power, fan speed, cooling, and other functions from a distance.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air cooler.

1. Cleaning the Exterior:

• Before cleaning, always unplug the cooler from the power outlet.
• Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

2. Cleaning the Water Tank:

• Drain any remaining water from the tank.
• Clean the inside of the water tank with a mild detergent and water. Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue.
• Regular cleaning prevents algae and bacterial growth.

3. Cleaning/Replacing Cooling Pads:

• The Aspen Wood Wool cooling pads should be inspected periodically for mineral buildup or damage.
• If heavily soiled, gently rinse the pads with water. Allow them to dry completely before reinserting.
• Replace cooling pads if they are damaged or show significant wear, typically every 1-2 seasons depending on usage and water quality.

4. Storage:

• Before storing, ensure the water tank is completely drained and dry.
• Clean the entire unit and cooling pads.
• Store the cooler in a dry, dust-free place, preferably in its original packaging.
