7. Troubleshooting
If you experience issues with your AeroFlow SLIM 1200 heater, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Heater does not turn on. | No power supply; power switch off; overheat protection activated. | Check if the plug is securely in the outlet. Ensure the wall switch (if any) is on. Unplug the heater, wait 30 minutes for it to cool down, then plug it back in. |
| Heater is on but not heating. | Temperature setting too low; X3D thermostat not paired or out of range. | Increase the desired temperature setting. Ensure the X3D thermostat is paired and within range of the heater's receiver. Check thermostat batteries. |
| Uneven heating or cold spots. | Room size exceeds heater capacity; drafts; improper placement. | Ensure the heater is appropriately sized for the room (8-16 m² for 1200W). Seal drafts. Reposition the heater for better heat distribution. |
| Remote control (X3D) not working. | Batteries low/dead; pairing lost; out of range. | Replace batteries in the X3D thermostat. Re-pair the thermostat with the heater. Move the thermostat closer to the heater. |
If the problem persists after trying these solutions, please contact AeroFlow customer support.
