Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
- Press the ⑂ button to turn the scale on. The LCD display will light up and show "HELLO" then "0.00" or "0.0".
- To turn off the scale, press and hold the ⑂ button for a few seconds. The scale also features a 60-second auto-off function to conserve battery life.

- Select the desired unit for your measurement.

3. Tare Function
The tare function allows you to subtract the weight of a container or add-on items, so you only measure the net weight of your ingredients.

- Press the PCS button again to confirm the sample. The display will now show "PCS".

For optimal accuracy, periodic calibration is recommended. You will need a known weight (e.g., 500g calibration weight) for this process.
- Turn on the scale.
- Press and hold the M (Mode) button until "CAL" appears on the display, then release.
- Press the M button again. The display will flash the required calibration weight (e.g., "500.00g").
- Place the exact calibration weight on the center of the platform.
- Wait for the display to show "PASS" and then return to normal weighing mode. Calibration is complete.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the scale with a slightly damp cloth. Do not immerse the scale in water or use abrasive cleaners. The stainless steel platform is durable and easy to clean.
- Storage: Store the scale in a clean, dry place. Avoid extreme temperatures and humidity.
- Battery Care: Remove batteries if the scale will not be used for an extended period to prevent leakage. The scale has a low battery reminder feature.
- Handle with Care: Although durable, avoid dropping the scale or subjecting it to heavy impacts, as this can damage the internal sensors.
