Introduction

Setup
Charging the Massager
The InstaShiatsu+ massager is equipped with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Before first use, or when the battery is low, connect the included A/C power adapter to the charging port on the massager and plug it into a wall outlet. The power indicator light will show red while charging and turn green when fully charged.

Initial Placement
Place the massager around your neck and shoulders. Insert your arms or hands through the wrist supports. The adjustable Velcro arm straps allow you to control the intensity of the massage by pulling down on the straps to apply more pressure to the desired area.

Operating Instructions
Control Panel Overview
The control panel is conveniently located on one of the arm straps for easy access during use.

Power On/Off
Press the Power button (circle with vertical line) to turn the massager on or off.
Adjusting Massage Speed
The massager offers 3 massage speeds. Press the Speed button (three vertical bars) to cycle through the different intensity levels.
Heat Function
Activate the soothing heat function by pressing the Heat button (three wavy lines). The massage nodes will illuminate red when heat is active. This feature helps to soothe aches and pains and relieve stress.

Massage Node Rotation
To change the direction of the massage nodes (clockwise or counter-clockwise), press the Rotation button (circular arrow).
Versatile Body Application
The InstaShiatsu+ is designed for versatile use across various body parts. The flexible design and arm straps allow you to position the massager effectively on:
- Neck and Shoulders: For tension relief in the upper body.
- Back: Can be used on the upper, mid, or lower back.
- Legs and Calves: To ease muscle fatigue.

Automatic Shut-off
For safety and to conserve battery life, the massager features an auto-shut-off function that activates after 20 minutes of continuous use.
Maintenance
Cleaning
To clean the massager, wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water. Ensure the massager is unplugged and turned off before cleaning.
Storage
Store the massager in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Utilize the provided carrying tote bag for convenient and protected storage.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your InstaShiatsu+ massager, please refer to the following common solutions:
- Massager not turning on: Ensure the battery is fully charged. If using while plugged in, verify the A/C adapter is securely connected to both the massager and a working power outlet.
- Weak massage intensity: Adjust the pressure by pulling down on the arm straps. Ensure the massager is positioned correctly on the desired body part.
- Heat function not working: Verify the Heat button is pressed and the nodes are illuminated red. Allow a few minutes for the heat to become noticeable.
