This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and efficient operation of your Zhurui PR10-D FR16A Power Recorder Plug Wattmeter. Please read this manual thoroughly before use and retain it for future reference. This device is designed to measure and record the power consumption of electrical appliances, offering features such as historical data logging, customizable timers, and alarm functions.
2. Product Overview
The Zhurui PR10-D FR16A is a versatile power monitoring device that plugs directly into a wall socket. It features a clear display for real-time data and various utility functions.

- Automatic historical data recording, viewable as lists or graphs, retained for up to 30 years.
- Configurable charge rates with up to 4 decimal places, supporting 8 secondary billing periods for peak consumption.
- 9 timers, including 2 advanced timers for specific on/off scheduling (non-repeated, daily, workday, weekend) and 7 general timers for daily period control.
- Alarm function for voltage, current, power, or temperature exceeding set limits.
- Output protection function to cut power when voltage, current, power, or temperature exceeds protection values.

3. Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the power recorder from its packaging.
- Initial Power-On: Plug the device into a standard wall outlet. The display should illuminate.
- Language Selection: Upon first use or after a reset, you may be prompted to select a language. Use the navigation buttons (usually Up/Down arrows) to select your preferred language and press OK.

- Date and Time Setting: Access the settings menu to set the correct date and time. This is crucial for accurate historical data logging and timer functions.
- Cost Rate Configuration: If you wish to monitor electricity costs, configure your electricity rates in the settings. The device supports up to 4 decimal places for rates and 8 secondary billing periods for peak/off-peak pricing.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Basic Measurement
- Plug the appliance you wish to monitor into the Zhurui PR10-D.
- The display will show real-time measurements including:
- Voltage (V)
- Current (A)
- Power (W)
- Power Factor (PF)
- Frequency (Hz)
- Total Consumption (kWh)
- Total Cost (if configured)
- Elapsed Time
- Use the navigation buttons to cycle through different display modes or access detailed information.
4.2 Data Recording and Analysis
The device automatically records historical data. This data can be reviewed in various formats:
- Monthly Graph: Displays daily consumption over a month.
- Monthly List: Provides a daily breakdown of consumption and cost for a month.
- Yearly Graph: Shows monthly consumption over a year.
- Yearly List: Lists monthly consumption and cost for a year.

4.3 Timer Functions
The PR10-D features 9 timers for automated control of connected appliances.
- Advanced Timers (2): These allow for precise scheduling of power on/off events based on specific dates, daily, workday, or weekend cycles.
- General Timers (7): These timers can be configured to turn power on or off within a specific time period of a single day.
Refer to the on-screen menu for detailed timer setup instructions.

4.4 Alarm and Protection Functions
The device includes alarm and output protection features to prevent damage from abnormal electrical conditions.
- Alarm Function: An alarm can be activated if voltage, current, power, or internal temperature exceeds user-defined limits.
- Output Protection: This function can be configured to automatically cut power to the connected appliance if voltage, current, power, or temperature surpasses set protection values.
- Overload Mode: An "Overload" mode can be set for currents of 2A or higher. If no current or power is detected for 15 seconds while "Overload" is enabled, the device will respond according to its settings.

5. Specifications

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Replacement: The internal CR2032 battery retains settings and historical data. If the device loses settings when unplugged, the battery may need replacement. This should ideally be performed by a qualified technician.
- Disassembly: Do not attempt to open or repair the device yourself. There are no user-serviceable parts inside. Unauthorized disassembly voids the warranty and may pose electrical hazards.
