1. Important Safety Information
WARNING: Ozone is a powerful oxidant and should only be used in unoccupied spaces. Ensure no humans, pets, or plants are present in the area during operation. Allow sufficient time for the ozone to dissipate and the area to air out completely before re-entry. Inhaling ozone can be harmful.
- Always operate the unit in an unoccupied area.
- Keep children and pets away from the device and treatment area.
- Ensure adequate ventilation after treatment before re-entering the space.
- Do not block the air intake or exhaust vents during operation.
- Unplug the unit before performing any maintenance or cleaning.
2. Product Overview
The Mammoth Ozone Generator 5000mg is an air purification device designed to eliminate odors, smoke, and pollutants in residential and commercial spaces. Its compact and portable design allows for easy relocation. The unit features user-friendly controls, including an adjustable timer for up to 120 minutes of operation. After the set time, the device automatically shuts off, allowing for safe re-entry after the ozone has dissipated. The generator is energy-efficient and operates quietly. It utilizes replaceable ozone modules with a lifespan of up to 6,000 hours.

3. Setup
- Placement: Place the ozone generator in the center of the room or area to be treated, ensuring it is on a stable, flat surface.
- Clear Area: Remove all humans, pets, and plants from the treatment area.
- Ventilation: Close all windows and doors in the treatment area to contain the ozone. Turn off any HVAC systems that might circulate air to other occupied areas.
- Power Connection: Plug the unit into a standard electrical outlet.

4. Operating Instructions
- Set Timer: Rotate the timer dial to the desired treatment duration (up to 120 minutes). For continuous operation, select the 'HOLD' setting.
- Activate: The unit will begin generating ozone.
- Evacuate: Immediately leave the treatment area.
- Dissipation: After the timer completes or manual shutdown, wait at least 1-2 hours for the ozone to naturally convert back to oxygen and dissipate. For larger spaces or stronger treatments, a longer waiting period may be necessary.
- Ventilate: Upon re-entry, open windows and doors to thoroughly ventilate the area.
5. Maintenance
The Mammoth Ozone Generator is designed for low maintenance to ensure long-term performance.
Filter Cleaning
The unit features a washable metal pre-filter. Periodically remove the filter, wash it with warm water, and allow it to air dry completely before re-inserting. This helps maintain internal cleanliness and efficiency.

Ozone Module Replacement
The ozone modules have a lifespan of approximately 6,000 hours. Refer to the manufacturer's specifications for your specific model to ensure correct replacement modules are used. Replacement involves unplugging the old module and plugging in a new one, typically located at the back of the machine.
6. Troubleshooting
- Unit Not Turning On:
- Check if the power cord is securely plugged into both the unit and the electrical outlet.
- Ensure the electrical outlet is functional.
- Verify the timer is set correctly and not in the 'OFF' position.
- Weak Ozone Output:
- Check if the metal pre-filter is clean and free of debris. A clogged filter can restrict airflow.
- The ozone module may be nearing the end of its lifespan and require replacement.
- Persistent Odor After Treatment:
- Increase the treatment duration or repeat the treatment.
- Ensure the space was completely sealed during treatment.
- Consider if the source of the odor has been fully addressed.
