3. Setup and Installation

1. Mounting the Pump:
   • Place the pump on top of the mounting base, aligning it with the four screw holes marked with a triangle symbol.
   • Flip the mounting base over and insert all four nuts into the designated mounting spaces.
   • Carefully flip the mounting base back and align the pump with the screw holes.
   • Secure the pump by placing bolts into the screw holes and tightening them using appropriate sockets and a wrench.

2. Hose Adapter Installation:
   • If needed, install the hose adapters onto the pump. Note that hose adapters are not included in this set.
   • Secure the hose and insert the O-ring into the hose fitting groove on both ends.
3. Connecting Hoses:
   • Connect the hose from the pool's return line to the valve hose adapter marked "Pool". Tighten the hose clamp securely.
   • Connect the hose from the pool's outlet to the pump hose adapter. Ensure the O-ring is in place and tighten the hose clamp.
   • Connect the hose to the pump and twist it tight.
   • Connect the hose to the filter and twist it tight.
