This refrigerator features an Electric Defrost system, which automatically manages frost buildup in the freezer compartment. Manual defrosting is generally not required.

5.4 Power Outages

In case of a power outage, keep the refrigerator doors closed to maintain internal temperatures for as long as possible. Avoid opening the doors unnecessarily.

6. Troubleshooting

Before contacting customer service, please review the following common issues and their potential solutions:

  • Refrigerator Not Cooling: Check if the power cord is securely plugged in, the circuit breaker has tripped, or the temperature settings are too high. Ensure doors are fully closed.
  • Unusual Noises: Some operational noises (e.g., humming, gurgling) are normal. Check if the refrigerator is level or if any items are vibrating against the interior walls.
  • Excessive Frost in Freezer: While the unit has electric defrost, ensure the freezer door is sealing properly and not being left open for extended periods.
  • Water on Floor: Check if the drain pan is correctly positioned or if the defrost drain is clogged.

If the issue persists after attempting these solutions, please contact customer support.
