  1. Carefully remove the main frame assembly from the packaging.
  2. Unfold the frame until it locks into place. Ensure all locking mechanisms are engaged.

4.2 Attaching the Rear Wheels

  1. Insert the rear wheels into their respective axles on the trailer frame.
  2. Secure the wheels using the quick-release pins or nuts provided. Ensure they are firmly attached and do not wobble.

4.3 Installing the Front Wheel (Jogger Mode)

  1. Attach the front swivel wheel to the designated mounting point at the front of the trailer.
  2. Tighten the hand screw with the plastic knob to secure the wheel. Periodically check for tightness to prevent wobbling.

4.4 Attaching the Handlebar (Jogger Mode)

  1. Slide the handlebar into the receivers at the rear of the trailer.
  2. Secure with the provided pins or locking mechanisms.

4.5 Brake Assembly

The brake system may require careful adjustment. Refer to the included paper instructions for detailed diagrams. Ensure brake cables are routed correctly and do not interfere with wheel rotation. Test the brakes thoroughly before use.

5.2 Bike Trailer Mode

  • Ensure the front jogger wheel is removed or stowed, and the bicycle hitch arm is securely attached to both the trailer and the bicycle.
  • Always use the safety strap from the hitch arm to the bicycle frame as a secondary attachment.
  • Ride cautiously, especially when turning or braking, as the trailer adds weight and length to your bicycle.

5.3 Jogger Mode

  • Remove the bicycle hitch arm and attach the front swivel wheel and handlebar.
  • Engage the parking brake when stopped to prevent the trailer from rolling.
  • The front wheel is designed for jogging and may not swivel freely like a standard stroller wheel.

5.4 Storage Compartment

A large storage space is located behind the seat. This is suitable for diaper bags, toys, or groceries. Ensure items are secured and do not exceed the weight limit or interfere with the children's space.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Clean the fabric with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals. Allow to air dry completely.
  • Storage: To prolong the life of the trailer, store it indoors when not in use. This prevents mildew, rust, and fabric degradation from weather exposure.
  • Tires: Regularly check tire pressure and inflate to the recommended PSI. Inspect for punctures or excessive wear.
  • Fasteners: Periodically check all bolts, pins, and quick-release mechanisms for tightness. Tighten as needed.
  • Brakes: Inspect brake cables and pads for wear. Adjust or replace as necessary to ensure proper function.

7. Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Trailer wobbles or pulls to one side. Loose wheel attachment; uneven tire pressure; improperly attached hitch arm. Ensure wheels are securely fastened. Check and adjust tire pressure. Verify hitch arm is correctly and tightly connected to both trailer and bike.
Brakes are ineffective or stick. Improper brake cable adjustment; worn brake pads; cable interference. Adjust brake cables according to the manual. Inspect and replace worn brake pads. Ensure cables are not snagged or bent.
Front jogger wheel wobbles excessively. Loose attachment screw/knob. Tighten the hand screw with the plastic knob that secures the front wheel. Check periodically.
Harness straps are too high/low for child. Incorrect shoulder strap height adjustment. Adjust shoulder straps to be at or slightly above the child's shoulders. Note that some harness systems may have limited adjustability.
Trailer tilts forward when dismounted (bike mode) or backward (jogger mode). Lack of kickstand (bike mode); unbalanced load; inherent design. Always engage the parking brake when stopped. Ensure children are loaded/unloaded carefully. Consider adding a kickstand to your bike if frequently dismounting.
