1. Setup

Before first use, ensure all packaging materials are removed. It is recommended to fill the iron with distilled water to prevent mineral buildup and ensure optimal steam performance.

1.1 Filling the Water Tank

1. Ensure the iron is unplugged and cool.
2. Open the water fill cover located on the top of the iron.
3. Carefully pour distilled water into the opening until the 'MAX' fill line is reached. Do not overfill.
4. Close the water fill cover securely.

1.2 Initial Heating

1. Place the iron on its heel rest on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
2. Plug the iron into a standard 120V AC outlet. The indicator light will illuminate.

4. Allow the iron to reach the set temperature. The indicator light may turn off or change color when ready, depending on the model.

2.1 Temperature and Fabric Settings

The iron features a SmartSteam technology that automatically regulates steam level based on the fabric setting. Use the temperature dial to select the appropriate heat for your garment.

• Synthetic (1): Lowest heat, no steam.
• Nylon/Silk (2): Low heat, minimal steam.
• Polyester/Rayon (3): Medium heat, moderate steam.
• Blend (4): Medium-high heat, increased steam.
• Wool (5): High heat, strong steam.
• Cotton/Linen (6): Highest heat, maximum steam.

2.2 Steam and Spray Functions

• Continuous Steam: The SmartSteam system automatically provides steam based on the selected fabric setting (from Polyester/Rayon upwards).
• Spray Mist: Press the spray button located on the handle to release a fine mist of water, useful for dampening stubborn wrinkles.
• Burst of Steam: For extra stubborn wrinkles, press the steam burst button. This delivers a powerful shot of steam. Ensure the iron is at a high enough temperature setting for this function.

2.3 Anti-Drip System

The anti-drip system prevents water leakage from the soleplate when the iron's temperature is too low for steam production. This helps protect your garments from water spots.

2.4 3-Way Auto Shutoff

For safety and peace of mind, the iron is equipped with a 3-way auto shutoff feature:

• If left motionless on its soleplate for 30 seconds, it will automatically turn off.
• If left motionless on its side for 30 seconds, it will automatically turn off.
• If left motionless on its heel rest for 8 minutes, it will automatically turn off.

3.1 Cleaning the Iron

• Always unplug the iron and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
