Water Resistance (50M)
The SKMEI 1061 watch is rated for 50 meters (5ATM) water resistance. This means it is suitable for daily use, including washing hands, exposure to rain, and showering. It is also suitable for swimming in shallow water.
Important: Do not press any buttons while the watch is submerged in water, as this can compromise the water resistance seals and lead to internal damage.

Care and Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the watch regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a slightly damp cloth and then dry thoroughly.
- Avoid Chemicals: Do not expose the watch to strong chemicals, solvents, or detergents, as these can damage the case, strap, or seals.
- Temperature Extremes: Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) for prolonged periods, as this can affect battery life and watch components.
- Impact: While the watch is designed to be shock-resistant, avoid unnecessary impacts or drops to prevent potential damage.
- Battery Replacement: When the display dims or functions become erratic, it may be time for a battery replacement. It is recommended to have this done by a qualified watch technician to ensure water resistance is maintained.
Troubleshooting
- Display is blank or dim:
- The battery may be low or depleted. Replace the battery.
- Time is incorrect:
- Re-set the time following the "Setting Time and Date" instructions. Ensure you are not in a setting mode when expecting normal time display.
- Water appears inside the watch:
- Immediately take the watch to a professional for inspection. This indicates a breach in the water resistance, possibly due to impact or pressing buttons underwater.
- Buttons are unresponsive:
- Check if the watch is in a specific mode that locks button functions. If the issue persists, the battery might be low, or there could be an internal malfunction.
