6.3 Calibration
Regular calibration ensures the accuracy of your scale. Refer to the scale's on-screen prompts or a dedicated calibration button sequence (often involving pressing a specific key during power-on) for calibration procedures. You will need certified calibration weights for this process. If you are unsure, contact ULINE support.
7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Scale does not turn on. | No power, discharged battery, faulty AC adapter. | Ensure AC adapter is properly connected and plugged in. Charge the battery for at least 12 hours. |
| Inaccurate readings. | Not level, vibrations, temperature fluctuations, needs calibration. | Place on a stable, level surface. Avoid drafts and vibrations. Allow scale to acclimate to room temperature. Perform calibration. |
| Display shows "OVERLOAD" or "ERR". | Weight exceeds capacity, sudden impact. | Remove excess weight. Power cycle the scale. |
| Cannot connect to barcode scanner. | Incompatibility. | This scale cannot be used with a barcode scanner. |
