Setup Instructions
Follow these steps to correctly connect and prepare your FPV system.
Wiring Diagram

Image: Detailed wiring diagram for the FPV transmitter and camera connections.
Refer to the diagram above for proper wiring. The connector and cable set includes wires for power, ground, and video signal. Ensure correct polarity when connecting to your power source.
- Power (+): Connect to a DC 5V power source.
- Ground (GND): Connect to the common ground of your system.
- Video In (VIDEO IN): Connect the video output from the camera to the video input of the transmitter.
- Camera Video Out (CAM V OUT): Video signal from the camera.
- Camera Ground (CAM GND): Ground for the camera.
Important: The camera requires a 5V power supply. Ensure your power source provides stable 5V to avoid damage or malfunction. Some users have reported issues with camera power-up below 5.2V.
Antenna Connection

Carefully screw the provided 5.8G antenna onto the RP-SMA connector on the FPV transmitter. Ensure it is securely fastened but do not overtighten.
Operating Instructions
Powering On
Once all connections are secure, apply power to the system. The transmitter will power on, and the LED display will show the current channel and frequency band.
Changing Channels and Frequencies

Image: Close-up of the transmitter showing the 'CH' (Channel) and 'FR' (Frequency Band) buttons.
The transmitter features two push buttons for easy adjustment:
- CH Button: Press this button to cycle through the available channels (1-8) within the current frequency band.
- FR Button: Press this button to cycle through the available frequency bands (A, B, E, F, R).
Observe the LED display to confirm your selected channel and frequency band. Ensure your FPV receiver is set to the same channel and frequency band for proper video reception.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the camera lens and transmitter housing. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Storage: Store the FPV system in a dry, cool environment away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Cable Inspection: Regularly inspect all cables and connectors for signs of wear, damage, or loose connections. Replace any damaged components immediately.
- Heat Management: The transmitter can generate heat during operation. Ensure adequate airflow around the unit, especially when enclosed within a quadcopter frame. Consider adding a heatsink or small fan if operating in confined spaces or high temperatures.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No video signal / Black screen |
|
|
| Poor video quality / Static |
|
