2. Setup
Battery Installation
The XPP-5422GMX requires 3 AA batteries (not included). To maintain the Intrinsically Safe Permissible rating, use only Duracell PC1500, Energizer EN91, or Energizer L91 batteries. Do not use any other brand or model of AA batteries, including rechargeable types.
- Unscrew the tail cap of the flashlight.
- Insert 3 AA batteries according to the polarity indicators inside the battery compartment.
- Securely screw the tail cap back on, ensuring a tight seal to maintain water resistance and intrinsic safety.
